We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our customers for the
trust they have been placing in us. Since Macky Mekaniko started to do home
service in 2002, over a hundred vehicle owners have been our customers.
We have sought some of our regular
customer’s comments and recommendation about our services to them. We
have also asked their permission to be our references. Here are their

All I can say about Macky is that
when I first met him in Saudi Arabia, I thought he was just a "totoy"
and in-experienced guy to join our company that time. But I was wrong
because he had proven himself to be very capable and a multi-talented
worker. He is not only an all around mechanic, but also a very nice
person, polite and friendly to everybody. He worked as an Air
Conditioning mechanic and general plant mechanic under my supervision.
But his outstanding skill was shown in automotive repair and trouble
shooting in both mechanical and electrical system. He was taking care of
my service car Mitsubishi Galant most of the time. He can also repair
and service other brands like Honda, Toyota, American cars as well as
European cars to my surprise. He has the mechanical aptitude, diligence
and patience in performing his job. He helped a lot of friends in Saudi
Arabia in the maintenance of their cars mostly for free service. He is
truly a person you will hardly forget once you met him in your life.

It
has been more than 5 years since Macky first repaired my 1991 Kia Pride
hatchback. Dahil it's an old car, maraming wear and tear sa engine and
chassis. Some of the repair work Macky did were steering boot, tie rod
and wheel bearings replacement, water pump replacement, and brake
repairs. I am very satisfied sa mga ginawa ni Macky because I trust his
skills gained from experience working sa Nissan casa and as an OFW
mechanic in the Middle East. I remember when my starter motor was
broken, instead of just asking me to buy a replacement motor (normally,
this is the advice of many mechanics) he just repaired the carbon brush
saving me a lot of money. The starter motor is still working well until
now.
Another time, there was a problem with my sister-in-law's
van. Macky patiently looked underneath and was able to discover na may
tagas na yung metal brake fluid pipe. Small hole due to friction with
other metal parts. It was still a small hole but the timely replacement
saved many from danger. Macky is not only a trusted and reliable
mechanic for me but is also a friend, marami akong natutunan sa kanya
when it comes to car repairs. Questions that other mechanics will not
bother to answer or will not sufficiently answer, Macky is always ready
to answer and many times also show how it is done. If he cannot answer
or is unable to do the repair (either he is unavailable or it requires
equipment that is not available to him), he will honestly tell me. He is
definitely highly recommended as a mechanic.

Macky's
performance as automotive mechanic has proven to be effective and
reliable. He worked on the following cars: Toyota FX 1995 Model (water
and oil circulation, wheel alignment, under chassis), Nissan X-Trail
(under chassis), and the Toyota Innova 2007 (wheel alignment, under
chassis). Macky has always been accurate and honest in his technical
diagnosis. Macky also worked on major and minor engine problems with
high quality of professionalism and with proper measures on handling the
vehicles' trouble with great care and consideration.
Macky is
loyal to his customers. He is also open-minded, well motivated,
resourceful and very productive even under minimum supervision. He has
displayed good moral and work ethics as an automotive mechanic. He is
considerate and sensitive to the needs and demands of the client.
As
our family mechanic for over three years he has served us well within
and even beyond our expectations and we do not have any reservation in
recommending him to anybody.

We
could not save our car from Typhoon Ondoy (September 2009). It was
under one and a half meters of water and we were not insured for flood
damage. I knew a mechanic I regularly used would not be available after
this catastrophe. Someone said we should ask Macky Trillanes. Sure
enough he was available and willing to help. We started the following
week and within a few days he had the engine working again, but that was
only part of the job. Macky thoroughly cleaned the interior taking out
the seats and carpets, cleaning and drying the electrical contact
points and replacing the parts where necessary. For two and a half weeks
Macky worked morning, afternoon and sometimes evening on my vehicle. He
was hard working, thorough and cheerful throughout the process. I am
aware that many who were insured for flood damage had to wait many
months before their cars were repaired. We had to pay for Macky’s
services but he never took advantage of us and he canvassed extensively
for the best prices on spare parts, if they were not available at
Toyota. The result was that 3 weeks after Ondoy we were able to drive
our Toyota Revo SR, trouble free to Baguio and back. I would heartily
recommend Macky for all engine and car repairs.

ko si Macky mula January 2009. Mula noon ay siya na ang aking mekaniko.
Ilan sa mga nagawa na niya sa aking Owner-type jeep ay tune-up, repair
sa carburator, alternator at electrical. Malawak ang kaalaman niya at
kahusayan ukol sa pagmemekaniko ng sasakyan at patuloy pa itong
lumalago. Marunong din siyang makinig at magpaliwanag. Handa niyang
